Posted on November 23 by Ben Piper If you’ve unwittingly discovered that the new Citrix Receiver 3.0 is not compatible with your old Presentation Server 4.0 farm, you’ve perhaps encountered a little trouble after rolling back to the previous version of the ICA client.

If you recently updated Windows to 1803 the current Citrix plugin might not work and Citrix will need to send out an update.But what i would recommend for now is fully uninstall Citrix then reboot.Try reinstalling it fresh.If you get the error either contact Citrix see if they are aware of any issues or if you did recently update rollback your update.Let me know how you make out.Thanks, Sarah for this information.I have downloaded a new version of Citrix which is compatible to work in Windows 10 1709 and it is working fine.RegardsNikhil Kohli.

Hi Kenny,Close all open pages for internet explorer.Try delete your internet cache and disable popup blocker.Start - Settings - Control Panel - Internet Options - Under Browsing History - Delete. Now come to Advanced - Reset (Select delete personal settings) - Ok.Now again come to Start - Settings - Control Panel - Internet Options - Privacy - Select Cookies to low and Uncheck Turn on popup blocker.Try open your Cirtix session.Also look for any toolbar installed (google. Etc for any popup blocker, disable popup blocker from those toolbars).Hope this helps.
