Hound Server Ssl Certificate Verification Failed: Issuer Is Not Trusted Rating: 4,5/5 733 reviews

I am trying to install.net core SDK 2.0.0 on centos 7 following the step onwhen i run the first command sudo rpm -import this error:`curl: (60) Peer's Certificate issuer is not recognized.More details here:curl performs SSL certificate verification by default, using a 'bundle'of Certificate Authority (CA) public keys (CA certs). If the defaultbundle file isn't adequate, you can specify an alternate fileusing the -cacert option. If this HTTPS server uses a certificate signed by a CA represented inthe bundle, the certificate verification probably failed due to aproblem with the certificate (it might be expired, or the name mightnot match the domain name in the URL).If you'd like to turn off curl's verification of the certificate, usethe -k (or -insecure) option.error:: import read failed(2)`I am behind corporate proxy, it seems this error related to SSL certificate and curl. But I don't know how to fix it.Also get similar error when i use curl or wget to download https url.

CertVerifyCertificateChainPolicy will fail with CERTEUNTRUSTEDROOT (0x800b0109), if the root CA certificate is not trusted root. To fix this add the CA's certificate to the 'Trusted Root CA' store under My computer account on the server. You may also get the following error. Svn: E230001: Server SSL certificate verification failed: issuer is not trusted svnX doesn’t give me any opportunity to do anything with this so I’m unable to access my repos as a result.

Finally fixed it. Post the answer here as reference. Export company trusted root certificate with.cer extension. Somthing naming external root certificate.
